A 60% deposit of the total package price is required to confirm your booking and hold your date exclusively. This deposit is non-refundable because once your date is confirmed, we turn away other enquiries for that day.

The remaining 40% is due before any files, galleries or deliverables are released. We will send you a reminder ahead of your delivery date.

Payment details are shared at the time of booking confirmation. We accept mobile money and bank transfer. For international clients, we can discuss suitable options during your discovery call.

Yes. Every booking includes a dedicated planning call before the shoot or event. For photography sessions we discuss the brief, locations, outfits and mood. For weddings we go through the timeline, shot list and any special moments you want captured. This is not optional. It is how we make sure the day goes the way you want it to.

Standard delivery is within three weeks of your session. Priority delivery (two weeks) is included in The Story and above. Rush delivery under seven days is available as an add-on for GHS 1,200. Retouched images are delivered separately and take additional time because each one requires several hours of precise work.

Your edited gallery is delivered via a private online link that is active for six months. From there you can download, share and print your images. USB drive delivery is available as an add-on if you prefer a physical copy.

Yes. A 32GB branded drive is GHS 600 and a 64GB drive is GHS 850. The 64GB option includes RAW files on request. Add either to your package at the time of booking.

Editing is the standard post-production applied to every image in your gallery: exposure correction, colour grading, cropping and consistency across the set. Retouching is a separate and considerably more detailed process applied to selected images. It involves working on skin texture, light and shadow detail, background, colour depth and the many small things your eye notices but your brain cannot always name. Each retouched image takes several hours. The result is what you see in high-end fashion, beauty and commercial photography.

Each image takes several hours depending on complexity. Retouched images are therefore delivered separately from your main gallery, typically within one to two weeks of your main gallery delivery.

Yes. Standalone retouching is available at GHS 600 per image regardless of where the original photograph was taken. Send us the files and we will assess whether they have the technical quality required for high-end retouching. Not every image is suitable.

One revision round is included with every retouched image. If you need a further round of changes after that, additional revisions are GHS 150 per image.

Bring what makes you feel like yourself. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. Avoid very busy patterns that distract from your face, and bring more options than you think you need. We will talk through outfit choices during your planning call.

For outdoor sessions, we monitor the forecast and communicate with you ahead of the day. If conditions are genuinely unsuitable, we reschedule at no charge. For studio sessions, weather is not a concern. For weddings and events, our team is experienced in working across all conditions.

Yes. Travel outside Greater Accra starts from GHS 2,000 and is quoted based on distance, duration and whether overnight stays are required. International wedding coverage is available and quoted per destination at international market rates.

Yes, and we encourage it. When you book your traditional ceremony and your white wedding together, you receive a discount on the combined total: GHS 2,000 off for Essentials or Classic packages, GHS 4,000 off for Premium and GHS 6,000 off for Signature. The team that photographs your traditional ceremony already knows your family, your faces and how you move together by the time your wedding day arrives. That matters.

The pre-wedding shoot is a dedicated session with the couple before the wedding day, at a location of your choice. It serves two purposes. First, it produces a set of images you can use for invitations, social media or simply to keep. Second and more importantly, it breaks the ice. By the time your wedding day arrives, you have already been in front of our camera. You know how we work. You are relaxed. The wedding day photographs are better because of it. The pre-wedding shoot is included in W03 Premium (up to 4 hours) and W04 Signature (up to 6 hours). It is available as an add-on for GHS 3,500 for W01 and W02 clients.

Yes. Every wedding booking includes a dedicated planning call before the day. We go through your timeline, ceremony structure, family groupings, must-have shots and any special moments you want us to know about. Nothing is left to chance.

Yes. Multi-day event coverage is available across all event packages. If you book two consecutive days, you receive 10% off the combined total. Three or more consecutive days receives 15% off. The discount reflects the fact that our team and equipment are already on site, and we pass that saving on to you.

Video is included in the E03 Full Day plus Film package, which covers a cinematic highlight film, colour grading and sound design. For E01 and E02 packages, a same-day social reel is available as an add-on for GHS 2,000, or a full film can be added and quoted separately.

Yes. Drone and aerial filming is available as an add-on at GHS 2,000 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. All drone shoots are subject to Civil Aviation Authority location clearance. We handle the clearance process. Some locations and venues have restrictions so this is confirmed during your planning call.

Video is included in The Vision photography package. For all other photography packages, a short social reel is available as an add-on for GHS 2,000, and full film production can be added and quoted separately based on your brief.

Films are delivered as high-resolution MP4 files via a private download link. For weddings, you receive the full-length edit plus a separate short highlight film. USB delivery is available. We do not deliver unedited footage as a standard deliverable, though RAW files can be included for certain packages.

Additional food dishes beyond your package are GHS 350 per dish. Additional products are GHS 400 per product. You can let us know in advance or during the shoot if you want to extend beyond your package. We will confirm the additional cost before proceeding.

We provide food styling guidance on shoot day as part of the service. For complex campaigns that require a dedicated food stylist, we can recommend trusted collaborators or factor one into the project quote.

Yes. International travel is available and quoted per destination. Rates reflect international market pricing covering flights, accommodation, per diem and daily coverage. All international travel prices are finalised at the time of booking and are subject to change based on destination, availability and exchange rates. Contact us to discuss your project.

We are based in Accra and cover all of Greater Accra as standard with no travel fee. Shoots outside Greater Accra are available from GHS 2,000 depending on distance and overnight requirements.
