We understand that plans change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for all services provided by Just Twist Studios.

Client Cancellations

Notice Given	Refund
60% Deposit (all circumstances)	Non-refundable. This compensates for the date being held exclusively and opportunity cost.
60 or more days before event	Balance paid beyond the deposit refunded in full within 14 days.
30 to 59 days before event	50 percent of balance paid beyond the deposit refunded.
15 to 29 days before event	25 percent of balance paid beyond the deposit refunded.
Under 14 days before event	No refund. All payments are forfeited.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the original date.
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability.
• A second reschedule request incurs an administrative fee of GHS 300.
• If the new date is unavailable, the booking is treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

Studio Cancellation

In the rare event that Just Twist Studios must cancel due to serious illness, emergency or force majeure, we will make every effort to refer you to a trusted photographer of equivalent quality. If no suitable replacement is found, all fees paid including the deposit will be refunded within seven days.

Retouching Work

High-end retouching work is non-refundable once commenced. We offer one round of revision at no charge. Additional revisions are GHS 150 per image.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@justtwist.studio. The cancellation date is the date your written notice is received. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
